Regent Bank Welcomes Matthew McCalla

Regent Bank is proud to announce that Matthew McCalla has joined Regent Bank as Edmond Market President.

Edmond, OK – [September 24] – Regent Bank is proud to announce that Matthew McCalla has joined Regent Bank as Edmond Market President. With nearly 20 years of banking industry experience, Matt brings a strong background in commercial lending, business development, and community leadership to Regent’s growing Edmond market.

Matt joins Regent Bank from Stride Bank, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President. His career also includes leadership roles at Bank of Oklahoma, Arvest Bank, and Great Plains, where he spent five years as President of the Strategic Lending Division. In addition, he worked for nine years as Business Development Manager for Profit Stars and Jack Henry.

“Matt’s extensive knowledge in C&I lending and Business Manager services will make him an outstanding resource for our clients and community,” said Oklahoma Regional President, Darin Kent. “We are excited to have him lead our Edmond market.”

Beyond his professional expertise, Matt is deeply involved in the community. He currently serves as Chairman of the American Lung Association and is a board member for both the AXIS Board of the Francis Tuttle Business Incubator and the Oklahoma Zoological Society.

“I’m honored to step into this role during an exciting chapter for Regent Bank,” said McCalla.  “I look forward to working alongside the talented team here to drive meaningful results and continue building on the strong foundation already in place.”

A native of Chickasha, Matt earned his accounting degree from Oklahoma State University. He and his wife, Jessica, live in Edmond with their son Carter, who is a senior at Oklahoma Christian School.
