Regent Bank Welcomes Fawn Sachleben as Oklahoma City Market President

Regent Bank is proud to announce the addition of Fawn Sachleben as the new Market President for the Oklahoma City region. With more than two decades of banking experience, Fawn brings a wealth of expertise in leadership, credit, private banking, and commercial lending.

Fawn joins Regent Bank after a successful 4+ years as Oklahoma City Market President at Stride Bank. Her impressive career also includes roles as Market Executive at Simmons Bank and Chief Lending Officer at Citizens Bank of Edmond. Her deep industry knowledge and well-established relationships in the market make her a valuable addition to the Regent leadership team.

“Fawn brings a great deal of energy and strong client relationships to Regent, and we are very excited to see the future of OKC with her leading the team,” said Darin Kent, Oklahoma Regional President.

In addition to her professional achievements, Fawn has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to community service. She currently serves on the boards of the Oklahoma City Museum of Art and the Last Frontier Council alongside fellow board member Jerry Winchester. Her civic engagement aligns seamlessly with Regent Bank’s values and mission to serve communities beyond banking.

Fawn earned her undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics from Christian Brothers University in Memphis and holds an MBA from the University of Arkansas–Little Rock. She is known for her client-centered approach and her ability to cultivate strong, lasting relationships—qualities that will be instrumental as Regent Bank continues to grow in the Oklahoma City market.

Fawn and her husband Joseph, a retired U.S. Air Force sergeant who continues to serve in the Department of Defense, reside in the Oklahoma City area. Together, they have four children  are proud grandparents to one grandson. As a family, they enjoy both skiing and beach vacations.
