Community Banking Month: Non-Profit Spotlight
As we celebrate Community Banking Month, Regent Bank is proud to shine a spotlight on our partnership with one of our inspiring clients: Anna’s House Foundation. Located in Edmond, Oklahoma, Anna’s House is a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting children in foster care and providing high-quality mental health services to vulnerable children and families. Their mission is deeply rooted in compassion, community, and faith—values that resonate deeply with us at Regent.
“At Anna’s House, we prioritize keeping siblings together in foster care, ensuring that children maintain their important family bonds during challenging times.” -Katherine Craig, Executive Director
Anna’s House began with a miracle. Born in the Oklahoma County jail ten weeks early and pronounced clinically dead at birth, baby Anna’s heart began beating again on the way to the hospital. After six weeks on a ventilator, she was fostered and later adopted by the Harkins family, who were so moved by the experience that they created a foundation in her name. Today, that story fuels a mission to offer love, stability, and healing to children in foster care.
A Community Legacy
Since its founding, Anna’s House has:
-Provided safe, loving homes to over 1,000 children in foster care.
-Certified more than 250 foster homes.
-Created the only foster care community in Oklahoma County, designed to keep large sibling groups together.

“Our foster care community is a physical representation of our dedication to keeping siblings together and ensuring every child grows up in a stable, supportive environment.”
Why a Community Bank?
Anna’s House has partnered with Regent Bank for the past two years—and the connection runs deeper than just financial services.
When asked about why Anna’s House chose Regent as their banking partner, they said, ““As a faith-based organization, we were drawn to Regent’s commitment to integrity, service, and stewardship—values that align closely with our own.”
What makes this relationship unique is Regent’s hands-on, heart-first approach. From hosting a 5K fundraising event to supporting the Gumdrops and Lollipops Gala, our bank goes beyond transactions to build true partnerships.
“Regent actively seeks ways to ensure our long-term financial health… Their concierge-style service and investment guidance help us focus more on our mission.”
