Sean Kouplen has served as President of Regent Capital Corporation since 2008 and is one of its principal organizers. He is Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Regent Bank. Prior to Regent, Mr. Kouplen held executive leadership roles at multiple Oklahoma community banks. He currently serves on the Executive Loan Committee, Strategic Planning–Executive Committee, and Nominating and Governance Committee. Mr. Kouplen previously served as Oklahoma’s Secretary of Commerce and Workforce Development and remains active in statewide and regional leadership organizations, including the Tulsa Regional Chamber, Oklahoma Business Roundtable, and Oklahoma Bankers Association.

Greg Boudreau has been with Regent Bank for over 15 years and currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer. During his tenure, he has held leadership roles, including Chief Lending Officer and Chief Credit Officer, before being promoted to his current role in 2023. Prior to Regent, Mr. Boudreau served as Executive Vice President at SpiritBank. He was elected to the Regent Bank Board of Directors in 2011 and serves on multiple committees, including Executive Loan, Senior Loan, Agriculture, and Special Assets, and chairs the ALCO Committee. He is actively involved in community and nonprofit leadership throughout Tulsa and Broken Arrow.

Tina Patel is the owner and Chief Financial Officer of Promise Hotels LLC and brings more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri–Kansas City and has completed multiple professional certification programs. From 2015 to 2021, Ms. Patel served on the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Oklahoma City Branch, including as Board Chair during the 2020–2021 term. She was elected to the Regent Bank Board of Directors in 2022 and serves on the Executive Loan, ALCO, and Board Risk Management Committees. Ms. Patel is also active in civic and philanthropic leadership.

Jerry L. Winchester is the owner and operator of 63 Ranch and brings extensive executive leadership experience in the energy and oilfield services industries. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Seventy-Seven Energy and held senior executive roles at Chesapeake Energy, Boots & Coots International Well Control, and Halliburton. Mr. Winchester became a Regent Bank shareholder in 2008 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2018. He currently serves on the Executive Strategic Planning, Fintech, and Compensation Committees. His background provides valuable operational, risk, and growth-oriented insight to the Board.

Darrel Fry is the retired Chief Executive Officer and owner of Nowata Filtration, an international manufacturer of industrial filtration equipment. He has served on the Regent Bank Board of Directors since 2008 and brings extensive experience in manufacturing leadership and global operations. Mr. Fry currently serves as Chair of the Audit and Compliance Committee and the Fintech Committee. He is also a member of the Executive Loan Committee, Executive Strategic Planning Committee, and Nominating and Governance Committee. His long-standing board service reflects a deep commitment to governance, risk oversight, and strategic innovation.

Chuck Woolley has more than 30 years of general management experience with Fortune 500 companies, with expertise spanning manufacturing, distribution, procurement, and brand development. He has also served as President of turnaround organizations for private equity-backed and privately held companies and continues to provide merger and acquisition advisory services to lower middle-market businesses. Mr. Woolley joined Regent Bank as a shareholder in 2008 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2011. He currently serves as Lead Director, Chair of the Compensation Committee, and as a member of the Executive Strategic Planning, Executive Loan, and Audit and Compliance Committees.

Brian Busey is President and Chief Executive Officer of Delaware Resource Group, where he oversees more than $250 million in annual service contracts and a global workforce of over 1,500 employees. Delaware Resource Group is a recognized leader in aircrew training, simulator support, and aircraft maintenance services worldwide. Mr. Busey has extensive experience working with U.S. military branches and Fortune 500 aerospace companies. He is responsible for overall operations, performance, and strategic growth initiatives, including oversight of domestic and international subsidiaries. Mr. Busey serves on Regent Bank’s Audit and Compliance, Executive Loan, and Compensation Committees.

Robert “Bob” Peterson is Chief Financial Officer and Partner at DLP Capital and serves as Chairman of the Board of DLP Bank. He also serves as a Board Member of Regent Bank and Regent Capital Corporation. Mr. Peterson brings more than 45 years of experience in commercial, retail, multifamily, and residential real estate, with deep expertise in finance, asset management, and development. Prior to joining DLP Capital, he held senior leadership roles at Buckeye Companies and Malibu Bay Company. Mr. Peterson holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and has received multiple industry honors for financial leadership. He serves on Regent Bank’s Strategic Planning and Fintech Committees.

Lisa Narrell-Mead brings extensive banking, legal, and governance expertise to her board service. She is Chief Executive Officer of Workplace Advisory LLC / Everett Advisory Partners, providing strategic advisory services to regional and community banks, and is the founder of TELLUS Hotline. Her background includes senior executive roles at Regions Bank and Cadence Bank, with deep experience in risk, compliance, human capital, and strategy. Ms. Narrell-Mead serves on multiple bank and trust company boards nationwide. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude from Birmingham-Southern College and a Juris Doctor with distinction from Emory University School of Law. She chairs Regent Bank’s ERM Committee.

Frank Rodriguez is Chairman of Miramar Group and Chairman Emeritus of Corporate Creations, which he founded in 1993. He serves on the boards of several private companies and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and the Florida Council of 100. Mr. Rodriguez is a contributing author and editor of Florida Law of Corporations and Business Organizations and previously practiced corporate law with the predecessor firm to Squire Patton Boggs. He served on the board of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Rodriguez holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Miami. He serves on Regent Bank’s ALCO and Fintech Committees.
