You’re a Small Business

The SBA defines “small” by industry, but in general, if you’re not a large corporation, you’re likely eligible.

Your Net Worth Is Under $6 Million

Your business’s total net worth must be less than $6 million to qualify.

Your Net Income Is Under $2 Million

Your average net income over the last two years should be below $2 million.

You Operate in a Qualifying Industry

Most for-profit businesses qualify, including:

Retail:

with less than $6 million in annual sales.

Wholesale:

with fewer than 100 employees

Manufacturing:

with fewer than 500 employees

You’re Ready To Grow

Whether you want to buy a building, renovate a space, or purchase large equipment, your project must support long-term business growth and job creation.

PLEASE NOTE: Non-profit organizations and businesses focused solely on investment or speculation are not eligible for SBA 504 funding.
