Mobile Banking Procedures
Using Regent Bank’s Mobile Banking service allows you to have full access to your Regent Bank accounts directly from your mobile phone. Regent Bank clients can view accounts, have access to transaction history, make transfers, manage debit cards, and view bank account statements.
Get Started with Regent Bank Mobile Banking
Step 1: Visit the Website
Go to www.regent.bank then select the Online Banking Login at the top right-hand corner of your screen. (Please note that you must have Regent Bank Online access to have mobile banking. Please contact our Client Support Center for additional details at 1-877-488-4790.)
Step 2: Enter Your Account Info
Enter your Regent Bank Online Banking ID or Netteller ID number and select Login.
Step 3: Input Your Password
Verify that the personal image shown on this screen is the image you selected as your personal image. Input your Regent Online Password and select Submit.
Step 4: Selecting Options/Settings
Select Options under your available icons and then select Mobile Settings.
Step 5: Input Mobile Info
Please complete all fields on this page. Check the Enable web access for your mobile device box; Receive Text Message Alerts “Yes”; Enter your Mobile Phone Number; Select your wireless provider-Note: @txt.att.net (text message), @mms.att.net (picture or video message) – Select the @txt.att.net option.
Select all accounts listed that you would like shown in your mobile account listing, then select Submit.
Step 6: Verify
A verification screen will display showing all information. Once you have verified that all information is correct, select Confirm. To edit any additional information, simply select Edit.
Step 7: Confirm
A text message will be sent to the confirmed mobile number. The Regent Bank Mobile App may be downloaded to your mobile device. Simply use your Regent Bank Internet Banking/Netteller credentials to log into your mobile app.
