MyCard Rules

MyCardRules is a FREE, easy solution for managing your debit card spending right from your mobile device through the Regent Bank online banking app. It lets you set debit card controls, add restrictions, and receive transaction alerts for your debit card spending. It places the complete control in your hands for managing your card spending, from when, where, and how your debit card is used.

Manage Your Debit Cards

MyCardRules gives you full control of your debit cards. You manage your card transactions all in one place, right from your mobile device. You can:

  • Turn your card on and off

  • Set per transaction spending limits

  • Control Merchant types

  • Set and receive alerts on your debit card transactions

  • Turn off international transactions


How To Access

To access from your Regent Bank online app, go to:

  1. “Main Menu”
  2. “Preferences” 
  3. “Manage Cards”
  4. Click on your “Debit Card”
  5. “Alerts and protection”

From here you will choose your notification settings by clicking on “manage”. Here you can select between email or text to be your notification method for transaction alerts. Select Save.

Next you can identify the protection options that you wish to set up your debit card:

  • Location- is where you can turn off international transactions

  • Merchant types- is where you control the Merchant transaction types

  • Transaction types- this is where you can block transactions types such as ATM, eCommerce or Mail/Phone order, etc.

  • Spending limits- is where you can set dollar limits

Transaction blocks and notifications will be sent to you according to your preference for notification you selected above. (Either text or email)
