We are excited to begin offering Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) Service starting today in Tulsa! This is a great new way of allowing clients to interact with our staff using the original ATM functionality that you are used to, with the added benefit of being able to complete more complex transactions. ITM's offer more than a friendly smile from one of our bank employees on a screen. Customers can do things like deposit, withdraw & transfer funds, cash checks, make loan payments and check balances. Most ATM's can only disburse bills in certain increments, but with an ITM, you can request & receive money in various increments of bills and loose coins, for example when cashing a check.
Customers can also benefit from faster service and extended hours by utilizing bank staff that might be in another location if needed.
